Three doors. Take the one that fits.

They go to different places on purpose. A sales question and a broken invoice have no business queuing behind each other.

Thinking about it

Sales and demos

Weighing it up, or moving a crew of twenty across from something else. Twenty minutes on a call with your own jobs on screen answers more than a week of reading.

Pick a time that suits. We do them Australian business hours.

Help with your account

Something is not working, a number looks wrong, or an invoice did not reach a client. Support has the common fixes and the address that reaches a person.

Replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time.

Everything else

Partnerships, press, accounts

Integrations you want built, a trade association or supplier group, media, or a question about how we handle your data. All of it lands in the same inbox and gets read.

Not urgent by nature, so give us a couple of days.

Why there’s no form.

Because a form can swallow your message and neither of us would ever know. An email either arrives or bounces back at you, you keep a copy in your sent items, and you can reply to us in the same thread instead of starting again.

It is the same reason Worksted makes you confirm the things that matter rather than assuming they worked. If that changes and we put a form here, it will be one that tells you plainly whether your message got through.

When we’re around.

Hours
Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time.
Support
Answered within one business day, and sooner when it is stopping you invoicing.
Sales
Demos are booked, not queued — take the next slot that suits you.
Phone
No line yet. When there is one it goes on this page, not in a hold queue.

You can also just start.

The trial needs no call and no salesperson. Fourteen days, your own jobs in it, and a demo whenever you want one instead.
