Worksted vs AroFlo

AroFlo is one big plan you have to ask the price of. We are two small ones you can multiply on the page. Here is what each is actually built around.

AroFlo1

One plan, quoted on request

AroFlo PremiumQuoting, timesheets, scheduling, accounting, inventory, compliance, CRMOn request

AroFlo’s pricing page names one plan — AroFlo Premium — lists what it includes, and offers Request Pricing and a demo. There is no figure on the page, and we have not repeated one from a third-party listing site.

The comparison a buyer can actually make here is about how each business sells, because only one of the two prices in public. Ours is $9.99 or $19.99 per person per month, ex GST, with the same figure for everyone on the account and a fourteen-day trial you can start without speaking to anyone.

Where the difference comes from.

Price is the first thing you see and the least interesting thing on this page. These are the parts that are built differently.

The price is on the page, and the trial is self-serve

Per person, per month, ex GST, multiplied by your crew on the pricing page. Then fourteen days with your own price book, clients and jobs in it — no quote, no demo booking, no discovery call before you can see the software.

Two plans, whole product on both

Quoting, scheduling and dispatch, the field app, timesheets, job costing and margins, purchase orders, compliance and approvals are in the box either way. The one line between the plans is the Xero integration.

Sign-off is built into the flow, not bolted beside it

Quotes, invoices, purchase orders, supplier receipts, timesheets and compliance submissions each run through the same maker-checker step. Rules are per business — by document, by role, by dollar value — and the seniority required is frozen the moment something is submitted, so changing a rule never moves the goalposts on work already in flight.

The invoice is an Australian tax invoice, and stays one

Tax Invoice, ABN, GST on its own line, BSB and account, assembled at issue and frozen there. Lines snapshot the price book when they are raised, and a numbered invoice is cancelled rather than deleted, so the audit trail survives.

Invoicing & getting paid

Line by line.

A dash means the capability was not listed on the AroFlo pages we read on 29 July 2026 — not that it cannot be done. Every claim in the AroFlo column is numbered to the page it came from, below.

Who AroFlo suits

AroFlo is a serious product with more surface area than ours, and some of that surface is work we do not do at all.

  • Inventory kits, a schedule of rates and detailed stock control — if you carry stock, that is a category we do not compete in.1

  • Over 600 connected supplier catalogues, so parts and live pricing come in rather than being maintained by hand.1

  • Project management with Gantt charts, and asset and facility maintenance work types, for businesses running long projects against a fixed roster of sites.1

  • GPS tracking, for a business that dispatches on where the vans actually are.1

What we read, and when.

Everything in the AroFlo column came off these pages on the dates below. Prices change without notice — if you find one of these out of date, tell us and we will fix the page.
