Simpro is built for big commercial work and priced by conversation. We are built for a 10 to 100-person business and priced on the page. Those are different products, and this is where the line falls.

This is the honest comparison and it is not really about dollars: you cannot cost Simpro without a sales conversation, and what you end up paying depends on which add-ons you take. Ours is on the page, it is the same number for a first-year apprentice as for the operations manager, and you can multiply it yourself before you speak to anyone.
Price is the first thing you see and the least interesting thing on this page. These are the parts that are built differently.
Per person, per month, ex GST, in Australian dollars, with a calculator that multiplies it by the size of your crew. No quote, no discovery call, no add-on list to work through before you know the number.
Quoting, scheduling and dispatch, the field app, timesheets, job costing, purchase orders, compliance and approvals are in the box on both plans. The only line between the two is the accounting integration.
Sign up, put your price book and your crew in, and start quoting — a fortnight of real jobs rather than an implementation project. There is no onboarding fee and no minimum term.
One screen per job, camera first, gloves on, and it saves with no signal. Field staff see what they need to do the work in front of them and nothing else — no margins, no client pricing. Most rollouts die on site rather than in the office.

A dash means the capability was not listed on the Simpro pages we read on 29 July 2026 — not that it cannot be done. Every claim in the Simpro column is numbered to the page it came from, below.
Simpro is aimed squarely at large, complex commercial contracting, and for that work it carries things we deliberately do not.
Real-time inventory management and purchasing sit in the base plan — if you run stock across vans and a warehouse, that is a category we do not compete in.1
Multi-company support, for a group running several trading entities in one system.1
Takeoffs — marking up and scaling digital plans to count materials off a drawing — for businesses that tender off plans.1
Simtrac GPS fleet tracking and a Maintenance Planner for recurring asset servicing, both available as add-ons.1
Everything in the Simpro column came off these pages on the dates below. Prices change without notice — if you find one of these out of date, tell us and we will fix the page.

Work out what your crew costs on the pricing page, then take fourteen days and put your own jobs through it. No quote required.
